Just to make the big picture easier to see… This isn’t a sour grapes divorce. This is a terroristic conspiracy between a woman, her lawyer, her private investigator, local police, county detectives, the district attorney and several common pleas judges.
All against one man. One man who’s motivation is survival of himself and the safety of his children.
I have lost everything because of the situation created by my wife and her attorney Valerie Rosenbluth Angst of Angst & Angst.
I lost my children and have been prevented any relationship with them.
I lost any feeling of safety and security at my home as local police witnessed and permitted the daylight breakin and theft of items from my home. Local Police followed that up by refusing to return my calls when I wanted to press charges.
Local Police have additioanlly failed to respond to any report since August 2007.
I lost any financial security as my bank accounts and any online financial web sites have has been compromised.
I have been prevented from effective communications by email, or phone resulting in the prevention of my finding gainful employment.
I lost my privacy as I have been inexplicably under surveillance since August 2007.
I was thrown in jail based on a non-existent court order.
I was falsely arrested by local police who have refused to provide a police report.
I was involuntarily committed to a psychiatric facility based on a report by my wife to police.
I have been denied due process to modify the custody agreement since DECEMBER 2007.
I was denied my parental rights without due process.
I have been bullied and harassed by Judge Thomas DelRicci in his courtroom. Unable to escalate to a higher court as you cannot even get a hearing scheduled, and you cannot get a ruling, and you cannot appeal what hasn’t been heard.
Judge DelRicci has been determined to delay any hearing on custody until my son is over 18.
Judge DelRicci has refused to explain the basis of law which applies to his orders.
Judge DelRicci has conspired “off the record” with local police and county detectives to prevent prosecution for a break-in and theft at my home.
Judge DelRicci has found my wife in contempt of a court order, yet rewarded her by letting her keep some of the things she has stolen.
Judge DelRicci has found my wife in contempt of the custody order and wanted to order a restriction on the topics that I may discuss with my son. WTF??? When not accepted HE compounded the contempt petition on which he had already found her guilty to my outstanding custody (Dec 2007), their contempt petition (Sept 2008) (my working title for this is “60 pages of Bullshit”), and my petitions filed exposing the contempt of custody orders (Oct 2008, Dec 2008, January 2008).
Judge DelRicci has refused to schedule any hearing in a timely manner.
Judge DelRicci scheduled a hearing with 1 day notivce and then as punishment for not having provided discovery documents (for which he never provided a deadline in his order), he continued the hearing for another 2 months with direct and explicit instructions that a rescheduled hearing could not be moved up in the schedule.
Judge Del Ricci has refused during short list conferences to look at the financial documents or hear what was going on in the case. During a short list on a child support appeal that had been delayed for 6 months and branded the father a deadbeat dad, judge DelRicci wanted to negotiate equitable distribution. It was totally off topic.
Judge DelRicci had then threatened me in an elevator in the courthouse following that short list conference in child support. Judge Del Ricci indicated he didn’t like me, didn’t want to like me and had no intentions of being remotely cordial or friendly. All because I commented on the extremely wartm weather that day (Feb 6, 2008). OH WAIT, HE WAS RESPONDING TO THE INFORMATION SHARED WITH HIM IN EX PARTE CONVERSATIONS. Why would someone who only met me 45 minutes earlier have such a violent reaction to a casual comment in an elevator?
Judge DelRicci repeatedly cancelled and rescheduled conference in child support generating such confusion that I ended up incarcerated for contempt of a court order that did not exist. His rush to judgement, pretrial ex parte conversations with Robert Angst, and the confusion generated by Robert Angst at the hearing prevented a fair hearing.
Judge DelRicci has refused to schedule anything regarding Custody until June 2009. My son graduates in June 2009… um, DUH! Custody no longer applies. Who cares if HE DESTROYED YOUR CHILDREN AND YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY IN THE PROCESS.
Judge DelRicci has sentenced Brennan Healy to a lifetime of solitude and isolation from his family. How is that in the best interest of the child. Who Cares? He isn’t a child anymore.
Alec Baldwin made an analogy during his divorce that the Judge acted more like a pit boss at a casino – trying to keep the players at the table and spending money for as long as possible. His analogy fits this situation.
It doesn’t matter that I haven’t had any relationship with my son since July 2007. They stalled it for close to two full years!!! It cost them tons of money to delay it. They never explained why they needed to keep my son away from me.
YOU WILL NEVER GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE WITH YOUR KIDS AGAIN ANYWAY. SHE TOLD THEM WHAT WAS GOING ON. IF THE KIDS REVEAL HER ACTIONS… THEY ARE TELLLING ON EVERYONE.
Brennan Healy has been forced to abandon his father and his entire family to protect the crimes of his mother and the illegal and irresponsible actions of everyone else against his father.
My son, Colin Healy, was encouraged by his mother to sue me regarding the web site… for liable and defamation… for the truth that he participated in the break in and theft of items from my home. It turns out he is having trouble getting a job. I seem to be experiencing the same thing… maybe Colin should talk to the cause of the probelm, his mother.
