WHY DOES THE LEGAL PROFESSION FEEL THREATENED?

WHY DO LAWYERS REQUIRE A LEGISLATIVE STRATEGY?

WHY DO THE LAWYERS THINK LEGISLATORS – WHO WRITE LAWS – ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE LEGAL PROFESSION??

The Contributors are interesting. The MISSING are equally notable.

PBA Recognizes Donors to the PABAR PAC and the PBA Legislative Effort

In order to compete more effectively in the legislative arena and provide a stronger voice for lawyers on key legal issues on Capitol Hill, the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s political action committee (PABAR PAC) and legislative program need the financial support of PBA members.

As the number of lawyer/legislators diminishes, the threat to the legal profession increases. In this environment, it is important that lawyers have a strong advocate to reach legislators, especially those who are not familiar with the legal profession. A wellfinanced PAC is an important part of the PBA’s legislative strategy.

The PABAR PAC and the PBA legislative program gratefully acknowledge the generous support of the organizations and individuals listed below who have recognized the importance of building and maintaining a solid program.

PBA Recognizes PABAR-PAC Contributors

In order to compete more effectively in the legislative arena and provide a stronger voice for lawyers on
key legal issues on Capitol Hill in Harrisburg, the PBA’s political action committee (PABAR-PAC) needs the financial support of PBA’s members.

As the number of lawyer-legislators has diminished over time, the threat to the legal profession has
increased. In this environment it is important that lawyers have a strong advocate to reach legislators.

A well-financed PAC is an important component to PBA’s legislative strategy.

The PBA gratefully acknowledges the generous support of the individuals listed below who have recognized the importance of building and maintaining a solid PBA legislative program.

Individual Contributors to the PABAR-PAC

lobbyists_xlargeThe document is clearly written, but the questions this raises are undeniable, and indicative of an alternate motivation and necessity.

Montgomery County Bar Association is MISSING.
The cleverly named Luzerne County organization – MISSING.
Philadelphia County – MISSING.

PBA Recognizes PABAR-PAC and PBA Legislative Effort Donors

In order to compete more effectively in the legislative arena and provide a stronger voice for lawyers on key legal issues on Capitol Hill, the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s political action committee (PABARPAC) and legislative program need the financial support of PBA’s members.

As the number of lawyer/legislators diminishes, the threat to the legal profession increases. In this environment it is important that lawyers have a strong advocate to reach legislators, especially those who are not familiar with the legal profession. A well-financed PAC is an important part of the PBA’s legislative strategy.

The PBA gratefully acknowledges the generous support of the organizations and individuals listed below who have recognized the importance of building and maintaining a solid PBA legislative program.

man-crying-e1287594066785Imagine. If this story had not been fully documented … there is no person on the planet that would beleive it…. or sit long enough to hear it… or want to believe it.

When the retelling became exhausting, the web site provided people the opportunity to learn about my experience at their pace. To learn about the aspects which they related to their own experiences. To wonder in horror what anyone could have done to deserve this type of life. There is no answer. There is no possible justification.

The site demonstrates that the situation is not easy to survive, but is survivable. It requires an amount of perseverance that you cannot imagine. You have to gently navigate the shame and humiliation of every false allegation. There is a remarkable grace which somehow has provided the situations which demonstrate the sincerity and honesty of actions which COUNTER their secret efforts to set me up. It comes from doing the honorable and moral action when a situation arises.

I have the awesome ability to defer anger in highly stressful situations… to let the bully do their thing… to allow people to be as rotten as possible… their shameful, humiliating and vile actions don’t indicate anything about me.

I am just waiting for someone to ask why the police were not called to report the hacks, or the break-ins at the house, or the car being tampered with, … SERIOUSLY. Law enforcement has ignored everything for years. The list is very long – it will be compiled in time for the hearing next week. Compiling lists of how they have hurt me – victimizes me all over again.

Judge Page had asked for a recounting. It was necessary to indicate that it felt like telling a story of a brutal rape to a person who was going to join in the attack. He ignored the law, the facts, and joined in the attack.

Everyone is going to hate you for surviving. You will be blamed for the further terror. Your family will suggest that you have brought it upon them. They know better. This is the way they demonstrate their frustration and their way of avoiding the guilt for not acting to intervene. They are still in an active relationship with my wife – they deny it – BUT, they are always exposed for the lie.

The people terrorizing you, and behind it, and conspiring about it, and concealing it, and preventing resolution will all BLAME YOU. YOU HAVE MADE THEM CONTINUE TO HARASS YOU. This defies logic.

EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE DEMONSTRATED YOU HAVE NO CONTROL…
… THERE IS NO LAW
… THERE IS NO CONSTITUTION
… THERE IS NO JUSTICE
AND THOUGH THEY KNOW THE EFFORTS YOU HAVE MADE SEEKING PROTECTION OF THE LAW, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, AND PETITIONS FOR JUSTICE… HAVE ALL BEEN IGNORED.

SOMEHOW IT IS YOUR FAULT. This is shouted by people who know it’s not your fault. This is how they show their frustration for your situation. They attack you. It is what everyone does to you. It is why you are alone and anyone who dares to help you in any way will promptly disappear when you thank them.

It is personal. Deeply personal. But, I rise above the hurt.

THIS IS MY LIFE.
With no protection of the law, and no constitutional rights. There is no life, liberty or pursuit of happiness. There is no rest. There is no comfort.

I persevere… and try to prepare for the next event, the next attack, the next injustice.

I try desperately not to fall apart, because that too is my fault.

Imagine the power that a hug would provide. But, there is no comfort.

There is no escape.

I can’t rest. I can’t sleep. The fear is back stronger than ever. The risk is greater.

It has been 9 years since Officer Dougherty lied and began a terror which attacked every aspect of my life. At that time, I was alone in my home. At risk. In fear. Alone.

Now I have to worry not only about myself, but my mother.

People get shot during arrests in America. One false move and they are dead. Everything that happens after doesn’t change anything. And the INJUSTICE IS IGNORED. These are facts.

Officer Dougherty is a terrorist acting under color of law AGAIN.

Officer Dougherty is a liar and a fraud AGAIN.

I learned how deep the lies will go.

The purported threat for which I was arrested was no threat, not sent to the supposed threatened. Never delivered in any threatening manner. The threat was made by the police wrapped in a hack to invoke fear. The police threatened the safety of a family and then accused ME of their action. I have always known the lengths they would go to attack me. THAT THREAT threat IS WELL DOCUMENTED ON THIS WEB SITE. That threat was ignored by police and every level of law enforcement. EVERY LEVEL.

BUT, a document did request the assistance of the Governor of Pennsylvania Tom Wolf, The Attorney General of Pennsylvania Kathleen Kane, the Montgomery County Sheriff Russell Bono, and the every Senator and Representative in the Pennsylvania Legislature.

It requested the assistance of the Legislative Branch and the Executive Branch of Government where the Judicial Branch had indicated a lack of jurisdiction. The document requested enforcement of the law.
Anyone who is threatened by the idea that a law would be enforced is a criminal. A terroristic threat has been created, my web site hacked to aid in that suggestion, and then delivered. The setup and fraud is clear and as real as the terror and risk which surrounds me.

BUT I KNOW THE REALITY OF FALSE REPORTS. I HAVE ENDURED FOR 9 YEARS BEING SLANDERED AND ATTACKED AND HUMILIATED. I am supposed to be ashamed by what they have done to me and remain silent and afraid.

Instead, look what I have found. ONE LAW WHICH UNDERMINED THE JUDICIARY AT THE STATE AND FEDERAL LEVELS AND CAUSES AND IGNORES INJUSTICE THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES. The CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS in America comes down to one improperly enacted law, unconstitutional in evey state which prevents law enforcement from acting. The American Bar Association behind it and profiting from it.

I never knew I was being attacked by 400,000 lawyers and their fraudulent manipulation of local, state and federal government authorities. BUT, HERE I AM. Had I thought that in 2007, I would have been dismissed as paranoid. BUT, HERE I AM.

Now, another attempt to discredit and attack me causes me to be unable to rest, unable to sleep, at extreme REAL risk, and my mother now in her 80’s under the same peril and risk.

FEAR PERPETUATED. 9 years of terror.

And my brother Brian Healy is still an asshole working against me. And no one challenges him for an explanation at to why HE MAINTAINS A RELATIONSHIP WITH MY WIFE. Even my father weeks before his death asked me – WHAT IS WRONG WITH “THE ASSHOLE”? That explanation defies logic and has not been provided.

I am careful not to embarass others, but I am living with my mother and as such I suffer the proximity of being a primary care-giver to an aging parent. When a third party, Brian, calls the police without any knowledge to attempt to effect my arrest in the weeks before this attack by Officer Dougherty… because I was attempting to maintain the temperature in the house during a cold winter. My mother has been hacking and coughing like a goose all night for the last week. A horrible sound which I’ve never heard before. When an aging parent gets pneumonia, they die. Sick because of living in freezing temps forcing her body to work harder than necessary… so the turning up of the heat in the home is logical, NOT cause for police action.

“You sat downstairs and allowed someone to freeze upstairs?” or “Your brother said your mother said you threatened to turn on her heater.”

I am supposed to be ashamed by what they have done to me and remain silent and afraid.

BUT, the accusations of paranoia are only just beginning… AGAIN.

THEY DID arrest me and take me from my home based on false allegations, weeks after the purported event and more than 12 hours after the issuance of an arrest warrant … imagine the search warrant and the flash bang devices … as they tear my mother’s home apart. WHY WOULD ANYONE THINK THAT THEY WOULD NOT DO SUCH A THING? Tell me again, who is threatening who? who is placing lives at risk? who is being terrorized? who is being denied protection of the law? who is being denied constitutional rights? I can prove, justify and explain every statement I make… AND I DO.

I know the script they are following…. I survived it the last time. The false stories where facts are ignored and everything is based on interpretations by people who are emotional and refusing to stop to address the facts. I know the experience. They twist it into ‘anger management’ skits in comedies, sitcoms and movies. It’s not funny. The first rule in those situations is to never let the target speak or explain. I know the difficulty of surviving the experience. I know how it plays out.

Every action to avoid the truth. Every action to avoid the law. Every action to avoid the cause of the problem. For 9 years… this has been my life.

Perhaps it is necessary to indicate that this girl in this clip is NOT a vampire but she plays one on TV. Listen to the threatening tone in her voice. [Sarcasm.] I ask you… is this any way to begin a “threat”?

At the most basic levels, lies are the only information dealt with in a courtroom.

People who present the truth cannot be understood in a place where LIES ABOUND.

The lies permit the Rule of Law to be ignored.

The lies permit the US Constitution to be ignored.

BUT, THEY WERE BEING NICE… HOW DOES THIS OVERTHROW THE GOVT?

The Marketing is successful. You think that because you are getting a reduced charge and reduced plea you are better off. In the immediate instance that is possibly true. Provided that nothing changes.

The Legislature wrote the law, and constructed the purpose for it, and the grading of the penalty for violating that law. They voted and passed the Law.

The Governor signed it, and the responsibility to enforce the Law is the responsibility of the Executive Branch.

The facts can be proven, and truthfully testified and sworn before a court.

THE NEGOTIATION OF THE PLEA THROWS ALL OF THAT AWAY. It disregards the Legislature. It disregards the Executive Branch. The Judiciary has full control to the exclusion of the Legislative and Executive Branches of Government.

Once everyone has agreed to lie. A proceeding to find the truth is a waste of time. The lawyers are negotiating justice. It is outside the hands of the judiciary as well.

The lawyers have usurped the authority of the judiciary.
The lawyers have ignored the laws of the legislature.
The lawyers have ignored enforcement by the executive branch.

The lawyers have effective negotiated and usurped the authority of the entire government.

This simplistic approach demonstrates the clearest the lawlessness of the event.

This simplistic approach demonstrates that the court has a predisposition knowing the information provided to the court is not the truth. A hearing is conducted for the purpose of determining the truth.

If no one is indicating the truth, the judge is approving only the negotiation of the lie.

The simplistic approach demonstrates fraud upon the court.

Lawyers are permitted under Rule 1.6 to commit fraud in the furtherance of fraud to prevent the earlier fraud/injustice from being revealed or rectified.

A person can quickly find themselves in a very vulnerable position.

Once Rule 1.6 injustice is triggered, that vulnerability can be used for further injustice… and held confidential. NOW, every prior offense can be the disinformation for further injustice.

THE TRUTH IS A NECESSITY FOR JUSTICE. IT CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT BE NEGOTIATED AWAY.

Rule 1.6 Confidentiality of Information – is all about concealing that the justice system has been undermined by Rule 1.6.

And you thought it was attorney-client privilege. If it was… they would have called it that.

Unconstitutional. Improperly enacted in EVERY state from 1984 to 2009.

THE SAME NAME. THE SAME NUMBER. EVERY STATE.

SAME AUTHOR – The American Bar Association… INJUSTICE IS THEIR GOLDMINE.

INJUSTICE IN AMERICA is ignored and concealed (badly) by Rule 1.6

EVERY. PERSON. MATTERS.

First and foremost, the allegations in the complaint are false.

1. There was no threat. My words are being wrapped in a false story.

2. My web site was hacked. This is documented.

3. The tools used to hack the website are now being used to interfere with my effort to prepare to face the charges.

2015-03-16 09.17.212015-03-16 06.58.182015-03-16 06.50.21

As I prepare the data and organize, the computer is indicating interference. Errors, security holes, crashes, programming errors – all indicate a further intrusion.

Not only is the deck stacked against me, everything I do is known to people who can file further false charges to undermine my effort. The more successful I am in my preparation, the more I am at risk of further hacking or further improper police actions and another false arrest.

It is necessary that I do my preparation, store it on a remote server, and permit other people to know and see the facts, because otherwise it can be deleted or affected at any instant.

These are issues which I am familiar with because I have been experiencing the intrusive effects with the technology since 2007. There is no escaping the intrusion. There can be no assistance where redirection and obfuscation methods are available to undermine the facts.

One difference is that NOW – after the revelations of Edward Snowden – people know this software’s stealth ability is very REAL. They would still be shocked to learn how the technology provides the ability for misuse. To avoid embarassment, misuse any is covered up, non-disclosed, confidential, or lied about.

Detection only serves to educate and inform about the abilities of the program and the various methods which can be misused to undermine review and preparation for Court. Lawyers are aware of the technology and take measures to protect themselves from intrusions by other lawyers, or other organizations.

INJUSTICE MANDATED BY UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW.
Rule 1.6 mandates non-disclosure even where fraud is being committed to conceal a prior fraud. Even where fraud is being used to prevent the situation from being rectified. Lawyers and Courts are ignoring the Rule of Law and the Constitution – an improperly enacted unconstitutional law REQUIRES them to conceal their fraud and corruption. Requires them to sacrifice their integrity and deny justice. Prevents them from revealing the cause is ONE LAW – the same number – the same name – improperly enacted in EVERY STATE.

There was no construction by any state Legislature. There was no signature by any state Governor. The Courts enacted this IN EVERY STATE over 30 years – 1984 to 2009 – when provided by the American Bar Association.

The unconstitutional law prevents the courts from fixing it.

A Federal law – McDade-Murtha – prevents federal investigators and government attorneys from action. They are mandated to follow the ethics rules in the jurisdiction (state) where they are working. Congress neglected to notice the lack of ethics in the state laws. The lawyers, including attorneys general, who testified before Congress indicated that passage of the amendment would be “disasterous.” Rule 1.6 likely prevented them from disclosing their reasoning.

Federal Courts are similarly undermined by the inclusion through the local rules for each District Court, and each Court of Appeals.

Under Rule 1.6, a lawyer or judge must interfere, ignore or commit fraud to prevent disclosure of the denial of the Rule of Law and the Constitution.

Once recognized to be unconstitutional, the Attorney General was no longer mandated to non-disclosure and lawfully permitted to address the issue. It seems that the law was then re-caste into a direct court order to silence and prevent the Pennsylvania Attorney General from any action or exposure.

IT IS KNOWN THAT…
Unidentified courts have issued confidential orders mandating that Kathleen Kane neglect investigation and performance of the duties of the Attorney General who is the top law enforcement officer in the state. The ‘personal’ approach is intended to avoid notice by the Legislature and the Governor that the Courts have undermined the proper law which defines the Office of the Attorney General and the duties and responsibilities of the Attorney General. An extreme violation of separation of powers. A demonstration which usurps all governmental authority within the state.

WHILE THIS TWISTED ‘GAME’ PLAYS OUT…
My Life has been constant terror. I am further victimized with no explanation or communication from the Attorney General about the negligence, the failure to act. IGNORED. At the same time Kathleen Kane (the person) is facing liability for her failure, her delay and her participation in a conspiracy which denies and prevents people’s rights. There is no immunity to deny an American of their Constitutional rights OR for participation in a conspiracy which undermines the Rule of Law and the US Constitution.

How do I address a secret order from an unidentified court which is causing my continued terror. Without any protection of the Rule of Law and the Constitution, the victim is further victimized. There is no escape from further injustice and terror.

The suggestion that I would commit the crimes alleged in the Complaint and Arrest Warrant is foolishness. Without any protection of the law and with my constitutional rights ignored, the awareness of the risk is terrifying. The jeopardy I face is not imagined.

Rule 1.6 inescapable injustice is triggered by an act of misconduct or injustice which is held confidential. The ongoing MANDATED efforts which deny, avoid and prevent disclosure can quickly become MASSIVE in comparison to the initial event.

– Nine Years. Over 20 Judges of the Montgomery County Judiciary. Prolonged litigation of cases. Three Appeals to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. A Constitutional Challenge filed in Federal Court and served to EVERY state attorney general. An Appeal to the Third Circuit Federal Court.

– Persistent litigation based on void orders and false allegations with over $300,000 in fines and fees because the court could not address the void order, nor the false allegations, nor the perjury involved.

– Exacerbated by the sixteenth judge assigned to the case acting in the clear absence of subject matter jurisdiction and contrary to established law issuing a defective and void order then refusing to address or correct the defect while preventing an appeal to the Superior Court CAUSING THE LOSS OF JUDICIAL IMMUNITY FOR THE ENTIRE JUDICIAL BENCH.

That judge was also the president of the county bar association at the time, and is married to the special prosecutor in charge of a grand jury which has threatened and silenced Attorney General Kathleen Kane.

The law did not apply. Constitutional rights were ignored. Custody ignored, hearings delayed with visitation ignored. Perpetual fraudulent allegations of contempt. No unemployment. No welfare. No health insurance. No employment. Constant technology intrusions. Robbery. Aggressive Child Support enforcement (against an unemployed father). Jailed for contempt of an unsigned court order where hearings were delayed. Where the strict enforcement of EVERY court order against me was countered by the dismissal and failure to enforce EVERY court order on my behalf with all perjury and contempt ignored. Annihilation of every aspect of my personal, professional and financial existence.

BEGINNING:
A confirmed computer/technology intrusion was being concealed by private investigators and by false reports to multiple levels of law enforcement…

After being properly reported to police, county, state and federal law enforcement, ALL refused to investigate or explain.

The intrusion was ABSOLUTELY CONFIRMED by a police officer. The officer was then directed to humiliate and embarrass the target… removing the target from his home… The officer confirmed his knowledge of the software by pictures shown to other people. This was later denied while all police reported were prevented.

After preparing voluntary commitment papers and coercing my agreement under a false pretense of concern…

(En route to MCES) the officer rewrotes the paperwork to have me involuntarily committed…

The justification too weak, the officer further modified the re-written paperwork to suggest the target was planning to bomb a local mall… this ‘headline’ clearly written as an afterthought in the margin.

THAT REQUESTED DOCUMENT was missing from the paid request for the file contents.
(Apparently, they were unaware that a courtesy copy had been provided when I left the facility.)

An August 2007 secret order concealed by a judge who had never been assigned to the case, who was connected to the MCES facility, issued without any hearing, that order not distributed to all parties, the order never docketed was filed by the prothonotary in a folder separate from the case file, the secret order presented to police to permit burglary in violation of a valid order, the secret order presented to another judge in a conference BUT I was denied a copy when requested AND denied permission to review it. The existence of the document was repeatedly denied in discovery attempts.

After leveraging and undermining every proceeding for three years… The secret order was inadvertently handed to me in a separate case file. I immediately called it to the attention of the clerk, the Supervisor, Deputy and the Prothonotary, Mark Levy. When asked for an explanation, not oner judge responded. The Judicial Conduct Board dismissed all complaints.

The continued neglect to follow the rule of law, the Constitution, the deliberate neglect of court procedure and protocol further demonstrated by abusive and deliberate failure of due process which resulted in the lack of jurisdiction for the Court. There was no requirement for the lawyers to comply with any law, order, service or instruction… my non-waiver repeatedly indicated verbally and in writing to the court.

That Police Officer, in July 2007, had indicated he could take no action. He instructed me to contact the FBI.

On August 7, 2007, after I had discovered, confirmed and secured evidence of the intrusion technology further confirmed by the software company. Officer Gerald Dougherty arrived under a false pretense which I immediately knew to be a lie.

We discussed the information learned in the interim, all the while he was in possession of a screen shot of my computer. He knew the person(s) responsible for the surveillance who sent him to address a ‘perceived’ threat. After months of stress, there would be some relief. But, there wasn’t.

A threat which was no threat. A purported threat which had never been communicated in any way, nor saved, nor printed. A note on the computer screen indicated the impending failure of the hard disk in the computer. The screenshot had been shown to my brother by Officer Dougherty. Upon request for a copy, my brother was denied and told there was no picture. My brother had described the computer screen to me and was within a quarter inch of the size, exact layout of the screen including font variations.

Officer Dougherty chose to abuse his authority under color of law with the deliberate intent to cause emotional distress in the furtherance of a conspiracy which proceeded to undermine my life, placing myself and everyone I came into contact with in jeopardy.

The technology intrusions continued with a vengeance – detected and ignored by every level of law enforcement. Escalating with more aggressive psychological (Psy Ops) tactics. Tampering with cars, stalking, use of technologies which could be detected but not found or removed. Unable to escape the terror inflicted. Once detected and exposed, I documented my experience while continuing to be prevented from any relief or removal.

The extreme experience defied any explanation as to why every lawyer; every judge; every politician; every level of local, county, state and federal law enforcement had IGNORED my pleas for assistance without any explanation for their deliberate negligence of my case. Documented since 2007.

In July 2013, I recognized Rule 1.6 Confidentiality of Information provided an explanation for my being ignored. Every instance. EVERY. Cross referenced throughout the Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 1.6 provided an excuse for everyone mandated by it to apply non-disclosure and confidentiality while ignoring the law and the constitution. The collateral unconstitutional affect had never been addressed publicly, or challenged constitutionally.

For Federal Standing, it was necessary to experience and survive the unconstitutional injustice.
– Find the unconstitutional law distributed throughout the Rules of Professional Conduct.
– Recognize that it was improperly enacted by the state supreme court.
(Article V Section 10(c) does NOT allow the courts to enact a laws which affect substantive rights of a litigant.)
– A lawyer could not represent you in the action – the law mandates their fraud to conceal it – a deliberate consequence caused when the fraud provisions were removed from Rule 1.6 by the American bar Association.
– The state Attorney General had to have a way of providing the relief requested. While mandated by Rule 1.6 non-disclosure, the Attorney General could default in the Constitutional Challenge. The Judge, also mandated to non-disclosure, could then grant the Default. Rule 1.6 would be indicated as unconstitutional while those mandated by non-disclosure followed the law right up until indicated it was NO LAW.
(Lawyers committing fraud prevented this outcome, filing late documents, accepted, unexcused and unsubstantiated. A judge could possibly rule upon his recognition of unconstitutionality, BUT never provided the opportunity where interference with the administration of justice and fraud by the lawyers within the court staff is confidential and not disclosed pursuant to Rule 1.6.

THE ACTIONS WHICH UNDERMINE THE JUDICIARY AND INTERFERE WITH THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE WHILE DENYING THE RULE OF LAW AND THE US CONSTITUTION ARE IGNORED BY FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT MANDATED BY THE MCDADE MURTHA AMENDMENT TO FOLLOW THE LOCAL ETHICS RULES which lack any ethics.

AND NOW IN 2015 comes another allegation of a purported threat…

The paperwork indicates that Dougherty is
– the Charging Officer
– the Affiant
– the Accuser
– the Requester of the Arrest Warrant
– the Person who swore to the Information
– the Arresting Officer
– the Police manufactured the purported threat
– the Police communicated the threat

I made no threat. I made no communication.

DOUGHERTY DID. ALL OF IT. THE HACK TO MY WEB SITE… a vulgar 3-4 phrases.
(You have read this far… do you think I communicate anything in 3-4 phrases? NEVER HAPPENED YET.)

After surviving 9 years of non-stop terror and harassment and isolation and hundred of vexatious petitions, THE FACT THAT I HAVE NOT MADE ANY THREATS demonstrates the strength of my character.

I do not know where my ability to persevere comes from.

Judge Duffy witnessed the strange effect that this case had on her court administrator. She had never witnessed behavior like that before – The denial of access to the courts. The experience was confirmed and corroborated by other Montgomery County officials. That was two years ago. Now I am purportedly making threats. (Conditions of bail prevent specifics.)

I am following procedures and law. Throughout the site, I explain the law behind every action and every effort.

People who lie do not understand people who follow the law. They cannot comprehend the concept.

Twisting the service of court documents into a reported threat is extortion and an attempt to deny protected rights. It is an attempt to prevent my exercise of the right to seek relief from the court. When you have no rights, this happens.

While there are moments of frustration, it is the fear that overwhelms my emotions. My divorce which left a man with nothing – no protection of the law – no constitutional rights.

Because of Officer Dougherty. I have been terrorized and fearful since 2007.

Judge Duffy knew that I was concerned about requiring immediate eviction of a family caught in the middle. I went to her court for that reason – not to the police. To give people notice and opportunity to prepare. Court administration lawyers interfered pursuant to Rule 1.6 – excused fraud in the furtherance.

Rule 1.6 has persisted in undermining the integrity of the courts. The judiciary cannot seem to recognize that I am trying to survive an injustice which was deliberate and undermined the entire judiciary at state and federal levels.

My motives are true and genuine and personal. I need to restore protection of the rule of law and my constitutional rights. As a result, the judiciary will not have to sacrifice their integrity to conceal crimes of other judges. AND Lawyers won’t be ashamed as they are mandated to coverup the crimes of other lawyers who demean the reputation of the profession.

Americans have failed to recognize JUSTICE IS IMPORTANT. THE US CONSTITUTION IS IMPORTANT.

The Injustice in the USA is ignored BECAUSE OF RULE 1.6

You do not want to ever learn what life is like without the law and any rights. I pray you don’t. If they destroy me it may be another thirty years until someone has standing to address it.

Do you honestly think that someone that knows the fragility and risk and fear would commit this crime?
– someone who experienced the humiliation and character assassination of THIS EXACT EXPERIENCE NINE YEARS AGO BY THE SAME POLICE OFFICER…
– someomeone who persevered and rose to the occasion which was manipulated against him to further terrorize and slander…
– someone who still followed procedure and the law…
– someone who experienced the complete failure of the rule of law and the US constitution at every level of the state and federal judiciary

I am communicating to every level of government. People are being shot dead, incarcerated, destroyed with no accountability once a lawyer invokes CONFIDENTALITY.

Where this could have been resolved at 7 weeks in 2007… IT HAS BEEN 9 YEARS. 9 YEARS.
I have no need to threaten. The US Constitution and the Rule of Law will prevail.

I DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION/TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND CRIMINAL PROSECUTION OF OFFICER DOUGHERTY FOR TERRORISTIC HARASSMENT UNDER COLOR OF LAW WITH INTENT TO INFLICT EMOTIONAL DISTRESS; AND FOR FALSE SWEARING BEFORE JUDGE DUFFY.

I DEMAND A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT BE PROCESSED AGAINST OFFICER DOUGHERTY AND THAT AN ATTORNEY FOR THE COMMONWEALTH SIGN OFF ON MY PRIVATE COMPLAINT OR INDICATE REASONS THE COMPLAINT IS IGNORED.

EVERY CRIMINAL COMPLAINT HAS BEEN IGNORED SINCE 2007 WHEN SUBMITTED BY PHONE, FORM AND LETTER TO POLICE, DETECTIVES, THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND EVERY ATTORNEY IN THAT COUNTY OFFICE. NOT ONE RESPONSE OR PROSECUTION.
– COMPUTER/TECHNOLOGY INTRUSION
– IDENTITY THEFT
– BURGLARY
– CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS
– ABUSE OF POWER UNDER COLOR OF LAW
– FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE*
– EXTORTION – FALSE CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS MADE UPON RECEIPT OF COURT DOCUMENTS*
– AND MANY OTHERS
I DEMAND THE INFORMATION AS TO WHY THERE HAS NOT BEEN ONE RESPONSE, OR EXPLANATION, OR INVESTIGATION, OR PROSECUTION. (* Warrington Township Police in Bucks County were included in these reports.)

I DEMAND THAT THE LOCAL RULE WHICH PERMITS A POLICE OFFICER TO REPEATEDLY TERRORIZE A PERSON WITHOUT REVIEW BY AN ATTORNEY FOR THE COMMONWEALTH BE IMMEDIATELY REVOKED AS IT CAUSES THE DENIAL OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF AN INDIVIDUAL.

I DEMAND A FORMAL WRITTEN PUBLIC APOLOGY FOR PLACING MY LIFE, AND THE LIFE OF MY MOTHER, IN IMMINENT DANGER DURING THE EXECUTION OF AN ARREST WARRANT ISSUED AFTER INFORMATION WAS FALSELY SWORN BEFORE JUDGE ANDREA DUFFY.

I DEMAND THE EQUAL PROTECTION OF THE LAW AND THAT RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES PROTECTED BY THE US CONSTITUTION BE RESPECTED AND ACKNOWLEDGED.

I DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE REVOCATION OF RULE 1.6 OF THE RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AM IMPROPERLY ENACTED UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW WHICH IS REPUGNANT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES.

I DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE ACCEPTANCE AND DECLARATION OF THE DEFAULT BY FIFTY-SIX STATE ATTORNEYS GENERAL IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL CHALLENGE OF RULE 1.6 AND AN ORDER INDICATING THE UNCONSTITUTIONALITY OF RULE 1.6 IN EVERY STATE WITH IMMEDIATE ATTENTION BY EVERY STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO ADDRESS THE INJUSTICE UNCONSTITUTIONALLY CONCEALED BY THIS REPUGNANT ABOMINATION.

I DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE FEDERAL AND STATE PROSECUTION OF THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION AND EVERY AFFILIATED ORGANIZATION INVOLVED IN THE SEDITION AND CONSPIRACY WHICH HAS UNDERMINED THE AUTHORITY AND INTEGRITY OF THE AMERICAN JUDICIARY AND USURPED AND AFFECTED THE ENTIRE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT.

I DEMAND CAKE WITH PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA AND FIRST LADY MICHELLE OBAMA AT THE WHITE HOUSE IN WASHINGTON DC WHERE THE PRESIDENT WILL ANNOUNCE THE END OF THIS PERIOD OF UNCONSTITUTIONAL INJUSTICE IGNORED UNDER REPUGNANT RULE 1.6 AND THE US CONSTITUTION REBOOTED WITH JUSTICE FOR ALL AND SINCERE EFFORTS TOWARD PROMPT CORRECTIVE ACTION TO UNFUCK WHAT THE LAWYERS HAVE DESTROYED.

EVERY PERSON MATTERS. MAY GOD HAVE MERCY AND BLESS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

PoliceCarHELP. Please acknowledge (comment) if you read this message.

In light of my arrest on Friday, I may not explain everything publicly or I risk being jailed for violating a condition of bail. I am not responsible for the actions described in the Criminal Complaint.

I ask your trust and attention to what is happening. Visibility is a necessity which is being denied to everyone involved. I will be in touch with Governor Tom Wolf and Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General (not Kathy the person silenced and ordered not to act, but the government official with responsibilities defined by the Legislature who is required by law to act.)

Where disclosure is permitted if the victim of injustice is at risk of being killed, Rule 1.6 offers some ‘protection’ for me, others and (as Gov Wolf will expose) the prisoners on Death Row. That has been an unspoken condition which explains why I haven’t been killed. It does not necessarily have an indirect collateral effect.

Everything concealed by the grand juries and silencing orders is discoverable because of my arrest. All evidence in the possession of the Police and the District Attorney will now be required to be shared with me.

Even where the charges get dropped, that evidence will become available in the counter suit for abuse of power under color of law with intent to cause emotional distress and a conspiracy to deny my constitutionally protected rights.

Either my arrest was a well thought out method to expose this, or a huge error on the part of the police officer at the center of everything.

In the meanwhile, I still have no protection of the law and my constitutional rights are being ignored. I am sincerely asking people to post a comment indicating that they have seen this posting.

Please acknowledge that you have read this by commenting. You may share the post.

I promise to keep everyone informed as soon as I am not restricted by the bail condition.

My Most Sincere Thanks,

Terance.

PoliceCarMy wife reported that the Montgomery Township Police are sitting on Banbury Avenue.

Montgomery Township Police repeatedly indicated that they do not get involved in civil matters.
A SELECTIVE LIE.

I have notified the entire Pennsylvania Legislature – EVERY Senator and EVERY Representative.

I have notified the Montgomery County Sheriff.socials

I have notified Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane.

I have notified Governor Tom Wolf.

I have notified the News media – print, video and audio.

I don’t sneak around. It’s on Facebook, the Interwebs, Twitter, Google, the Comments in every Media Outlet.
The RULE OF LAW and the US CONSTITUTION are on TEAM JUSTICE.

The people trespassing in my home do not have a valid title or deed to the property.
– At the Hearing, they didn’t.
– For the Appeal, they didn’t.
– They never will. Jurisdiction cannot be created retroactively, even corruptly. The lawyers retained by Genuine Title must have told them that they had no legal basis to support their ownership. They have had considerable time to find other accomodations.
godisjustEven if a court were to issue another secret order, THAT TOO WOULD BE UNCONSTITUTIONALLY DENYING THE DUE PROCESS OF LAW WHERE PROPERTY WAS CONCERNED. The Constitution is a very powerful document which does not like to be ignored.

The Carluccio’s are up to their necks in coverups and conspiracies. A President of the Bar and Judge who caused liability without immunity for 15 other members of the Montgomery County Judiciary. I am not plotting vengeful litigation. I simply require the restoration and protection of the Rule of Law and the US Constitution.

The extreme perversion of justice has rendered the judiciary removed from the matter – Judge Weilheimer has indicated incorrectly (but with immunity) that the court lacked jurisdiction. The Court Staff at the Superior Court of PA affirmed the lower court. Reconsideration was denied (also by staff fraud.)
By their own documents, the courts lack jurisdiction to INTERVENE. AFFIRMED. NO RECONSIDERATION. Enforcement of the law is required.

Interfering with the administration of justice and the denial and prevention of rights protected and secured by the US Constitution was reported to…
David Heckler, District Attorney from Buck County
Seth Williams, District Attorney from Philadelphia
Zane Memeger US Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
Kathleen Kane, Pennsylvania Attorney General*
The Superior Court Judiciary
The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania
THE United States Postal Inspectors

*ONLY Kathleen Kane has indicated in the media that she has been ordered by unidentified courts to PERSONALLY neglect the responsibility of the Office of Attorney General. not to investigate, not to take any action. The financial liability ordered is so huge she filed for divorce to protect her family. There is no defense when failing to preserve protect and defend the US Constitution.

What excuse do the others have for their failure to act? How many secret orders were issued in the matters? Will all of Pennsylvania file for Divorce?

There is no provision within the Pennsylvania Constitution for secret orders from unidentified courts.

There is no provision within the US Constitution for the denial of the rights of any American citizen.

YET, for some strange reason, Montgomery Township Police are sitting outside my house. Police officers who have sworn to support, obey and defend the US Constitution with fidelity… are participating in the denial of Constitutionally protected rights and liberties. The Miller’s are more in need of protection from the County Law Enforcement who would like to pin a rampage on Terance Healy. The lawyers never expect a person to follow the law. The laws of the US work, when not twisted by Rule 1.6 fraud and confidentiality.

How do they justify that? Because ANY order which violates the US Constitution is a nullity, without force or effect. The US Constitution is still the Supreme Law of the Land.

Granted, the American Bar Association has TOTALLY trumped the US Constitution with their Rule 1.6 CONSPIRACY of Non-Disclosure. But now the demonstration by every level of law enforcement in violation of the US Constitution is very visible…. and unexplained because the lawyers may not explain what they have done…

to the thousands of children of Luzerne County…
to the 40+ million mortgage holders improperly and unjustly foreclosed upon using fraudulent documents…
to the People of Ferguson Missouri…
to the People of New York City…
to the witness throughout the United States…
    of UNCONSTITUTIONAL INJUSTICE IGNORED.

American Justice and the Constitution undermined by Rule 1.6 has informed the lawyers and judiciary. THEY NOW KNOW WHAT IS WRONG. WHAT MUST BE ADDRESSED.

Officer Gerry Dougherty is still as WRONG as he was when he lied and illegally violated my rights in that early conspiracy to conceal the crimes of the County Task Force. NOW… Everyone knows about surveillance. ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE. The tools which were abused and corrupted everything… and that poor girl who fell for the perjury trap. Tsk tsk tsk. Shameful behavior.

The victim of Rule 1.6 Injustice has no protection of the law and experiences the complete loss of rights secured and protected by the US Constitutional.

While I was terrorized without explanation, without law, without justice and without hope… It was the overwhelming corruption and perversion undermining every member of law enforcement which revealed the ONE RULE WHICH UNDERMINED THE US CONSTITUTION. I found it. I proved it.

Secret orders from unidentified courts’ improperly prevent INDIVIDUALS from their elected duties and responsibilities while being appealed.

Where an unconstitutional ‘law’ has been discovered, demonstrated and has fallen…
ONLY to be re-caste and concealed within ‘secret orders’ from ‘unidentified courts’ serves to demonstrate the corruption of a judiciary held hostage and compelled to unconstitutional acts absent any force or effect or authority.

Void Orders to support Void Orders to conceal MASSIVE NATIONWIDE CORRUPTION OF EVERY LEVEL OF THE STATE AND FEDERAL JUDICIARY.

NOW THAT is something the Congress could write to Iran about.

Putin
Or perhaps a short postcard to Vladimir Putin?

What’s the Russian word for “American Bar Association sedition and overthrow of the American Judiciary” – with injustice for ALL?

The lawyer’s ONE RULE which mandated non-disclosure and confidentiality AS IT UNDERMINED THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
JUSTICE IS COMING.

Officer Dougherty ought to consider that he has not escaped prosecution for his crimes… Without ANY protection of the Law and while Constitutional Rights were ignored… there could be no federal lawsuit for the abuse of power under color of law, false arrest, involuntary detainment without charges, and false report to MCES when you knew of the surveillance. You tried to humiliate and undermine the victim to suicide. Jer… we went to school together. YOU FUCKED UP HUGE. How can you face yourself knowing what your have done to my family? and my life?
