A Terroristic Divorce

All of my files and reseaqrch regarding the false criminal complaints were on the tablet they destroyed.

Weeks of research. EVERY LAW AND CONSTITUTION THEY VIOLATE AND IGNORE IN CRIMINAL CASES.

Try to survive their railroad… denied the right to counsel, rigfht to advice, prevented proper procedure…. and the witnesses are the people who satole my home … andf used the civil case informatioon to score a $400,000 payout from the title insurance.

And Kathleen Kane, the person, thinks it is ok.

When the person ran and won the office of the Attorney General, did anyone else imagine the split personality ordered by secret orders from unidentified courts?

Prevent the suicide, but encourage the murder. HOW MANY MURDER-SUICICDES IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN THE LAST YEAR? Not too hard to scare up some witnesses when the only game the DA will play is murder-suicide.

The only crimes they prosecute are the ones they set up from the onset. Ask the over 80 confidential informants who were used to manipulate me and spy on me. They actually demonstrated some honorable character traits when they failed. Yes, of course they told me when they realized I was dealing with monsters.

In the absence of trust and hope, there is only logic.
THE ONLY WAY TO END MY NIGHTMARE IS BY THEM KILLING ME.

This is not suicide. THIS IS MURDER. I am disgusted at those who would prevent my imagined suicide, BUT ALLOW MY MURDER.

I already have. That’s why I am referred to as “the worst kept secret in Pennsylvania” by Kathleen Kane who has secret orders to deny my rights to the protection of the law and the rights believed to be protected by the Pennsylvania Constitution and the US Constitution.

Is it CLEVER or CORRUPT to order the person and not the Office of Attorney General to inaction? It’s my life… y did it. It is evil to think she allows it. BUT THE RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT improperly enacted and unconstitutional trump everything.

This is not a joke, or prank. This is a threat of murder which can be substantiated.

It exposes the reason American Injustice is ignored. The Lawyers. The ABA. They undermined the government. and point to groups of people to keep them fighting and not noticing that the person at the podium blaming others is THE LAWYER.

I can’t prevent them from murdering me. Suicide is not an answer. i denies them the torture and terror they plan to inflict. It denies them the tragedy they can stand in front of and accuse the man of going crazy.

CLEARLY, Judge Duffy was told to get me into their system. So she has done so, BUT by failing to follow the law and my constitutional right to counsel VOIDING any purported jurisdiction. Her order is invalid. So is her bail order… but I have never threatened anyone before, I have no reason to start now.

Governor Wolf, AG Kane, and the PA Legislature, Please help me regain possession of my property.

Risa Ferman and Bruce Castor will begin to murder people if you do not act.
